Scandinavia Here We Come!

On Saturday the Blackhawks are on their way to Scandinavia to participate in the Dana Cup and Gothia Cup Tournaments.
Everyone is very excited for the tournaments and packing is well underway!

Attention!

1. The boys teams players should wear their black T-shirt to the airport on Saturday.

2. Icelandair has informed us that although the group is traveling at dinner time, there are NO free meals or snacks offered on the flight to Iceland, nor on any of the other flights that the group will take to or from, or within, Europe (though non-alcoholic beverages are free).

And they're off!

Suitcase? Check! T-shirts? Check! iPod? Check! Passport? ... Passport? ... Pass... Check!

Parents, well done! All Blackhawks apeared at the Humphrey Terminal as if from out of nowhere and quickly overwhelmed the small crowd of personnel and random travelers.
Bags were checked, pictures were taken, hugs all around and off they went.

So far it looks like we have six bloggers who are willing to take a shot at reporting on the tournament and goings on in Denmark and Sweden.

So...here we go!

Important Schedule Changes for Dana Cup No. 1 Games!!!

Due to some age-level inconsistencies between our U.S. system and the European system there have been some schedule changes for the Boys games for the Dana Cup.

Please see the Calendar for changes to Tuesday 7/13 and Wedensday 7/14 Dana Cup Boys games.
